I can definitely help you add your employee's SOC in QuickBooks Online, Sandy.
Before anything else, when you say you cannot enter the SOC info, are you receiving error messages or is the option missing? Any information will help me resolve this concern.
The way to do this is through the employees profile. Here's how:
- In the Payroll menu, choose Employees.
- Select your employee.
- From Employment details, select Start or Edit.
- Add the occupational code, then select Save.
- Do the same for each applicable employee.
