Since the problem persists, I encourage you to contact our QuickBooks Online Support Team. They have additional tools to do a screen-share and investigate this further.
They can also raise a ticket for further investigation if needed. Here's how you can reach them:
- Click the (?) Help icon and choose the Talk to a human option (then type it again when prompted).
- When asked by the bot, type your concern.
- Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us.
- Tap Let’s talk then choose either Get a call or Start messaging.
