The option to add a new location in your payroll settings isn’t available because paychecks were already processed before the setup. I can walk you through how to get in touch with our support team so they can further assist you.
Here's how to reach out:
- Go to the Help icon on the top menu.
- Select the Search tab and enter your concern. For instance, enter help.
- Click the Contact Us button and choose between Chat or Callback to connect with us.
