Use any of these keyboard shortcuts according to the browser you're using:
If it works, then let's go back to your browser and clear the cache to start with a clean slate. If the same problem occurs, try using a different browser as an alternative.

Glinette - Thank you for your help. Unfortunately, I was not able to see it in a private window either.
However, I did finally find it in the normal window and I did so by typing "Projects" into the search area. I then clicked on Projects and was able to set up projects. Now "Projects" is showing in the side menu. I hope this helps others.

I am having the same issue. I've cleared all cash and cookies, changed browsers, double checked to make sure the parent was billable, made sure everything was good to go but when I went into projects, there is no dropdown at the radio button "new project" it only allows me to create a new project. I cannot convert subcustomer to project. Again, this has nothing to do with the typical big 3 troubleshooting techniques you guys are taught to deploy as your first line of support. It's simply not there.
