I click on the Tax Notice button to upload my tax documents and it takes me to how-to instructions. and no actual option to upload JUST the instructions?

Hi, Jamerican. I want to ensure you can upload your Tax Notice in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Occasionally, too much cache buildup in a browser can cause unexpected behavior with the product. This might also be the reason why you don't have the option or link to upload. To clean this up, let's open your QBO account in a private or incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can use these keyboard shortcuts:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Option + P
• Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N

If it works using incognito, you need to clear your regular browser's cache. Otherwise, let's switch to different supported browsers. 

If the issue remains even after performing these steps, I recommend reaching out to our Phone Support Team since they have the necessary skills and tools to determine why this issue occurred.

On the other hand, you can also consider uploading the notice via email and adding it as an attachment. You can do so by visiting this article and going to the QuickBooks Online Payroll section, then clicking "Send your notice to us via email": Send in your payroll tax notice.
