A browser-related issue might have caused the system to log out when entering the verification code. We can check if it's the cause by logging in to your account using a private browser. To open one, you use these keyboard shortcuts:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Option + P
Then, edit your company settings from there. You'll receive another verification code to enter and save changes. If this works, you'll want to clear your browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If you get the same result while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different browser.
