I have full service payroll< will w2's be mailed out?

Yes, we will print and mail the employee's W-2 automatically on your behalf if you're subscribed to the following payroll plans:

• Core
• Premium
• Elite
• Full Service
• Assisted

The W-2 forms are automatically mailed to your employees by USPS from January 20th to 31st. If they didn't receive the forms within 7 business days of January 31st, you can print a copy and give it to them.

1. Go to Taxes > Payroll Tax > Annual Forms.
2. Scroll down to W-2, Copies B, C & 2, and select the period.
3. Click the View button and then print the form.
