I am having the same issue. I cleared the cookies and cache and I get to the file part. This makes no sense. Why do I have to do anything. I have selected automated everything in taxes. There should be no reason for me to make anyh manual payment to taxes. What gives????

I have tried everything listed above and after trying everything the "assistant" told me to try I got this message
"If you've tried all these steps and still can't file your W-2s, it may be best to contact a QuickBooks expert for further assistance."
I don't feel that it is fair for me to have to pay for advice since this is clearly a QBO issue. I use QBO for 2 different nonprofits - I had NO problems with one nonprofit and now I'm having this issue with the other one.

I am having this same issue one 2/2025. Did you figure out how to resolve this. I have printed everything, it seems like a glitch since it's not clearing and still says this is an action pending. Tried incognito mode and same thing. Tells me I need to set up printing but everything is set up and everything was already printed. Please help.
