I don’t want them displayed here in the Community for security reasons. Billing and all other Intuit account issues are best handled by our QBSE Care Team, so I suggest contacting them.
They can pull up your subscription in a secure space and explain in detail why you were charged twice. From there, our support specialists will provide a resolution to rectify the issue.
- Click the Assistant icon in the upper right hand.
- Enter the issue/topic in the Type something field box or type.
- You can also type in Talk to a human to directly connect with our care agents.
- From there, Message an agent (Live chat), Call an agent or Get a callback.
