I just subscribe and i was charge twice to my card?

Hi there, msaballos79.

 

We recognize that every penny counts when managing a business. I want to ensure you're only paying for the services you need.

 

To review the charges, I’ll have to open your subscription. However, I will not be able to perform the process without asking for sensitive data.

 

I don’t want them displayed here in the Community for security reasons. Billing and all other Intuit account issues are best handled by our QBSE Care Team, so I suggest contacting them.

 

They can pull up your subscription in a secure space and explain in detail why you were charged twice. From there, our support specialists will provide a resolution to rectify the issue.

 

  1. Click the Assistant icon in the upper right hand.
  2. Enter the issue/topic in the Type something field box or type.
  3. You can also type in Talk to a human to directly connect with our care agents.
  4. From there, Message an agent (Live chat), Call an agent or Get a callback.
