I just voided the wrong check. Can the void status be removed?

Hello, TresID. Yes, QuickBooks allows you to remove the void status on your checks.

To do that, we'll have to edit the amount on the voided transaction. Let me guide you through the steps:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. On the left side panel, select Expenses.
  3. Filter the transactions to Check
  4. Display the Status column by clicking the gear icon.
  5. Locate the transaction you want to edit, then click View/Edit.
  6. Edit the Amount, then click Save and close

That'll do the trick. The Void status should be replaced with Paid. You can also refer to these screenshots I've added:

Additionally, after creating a check to pay for expenses, you can print it directly from QuickBooks Online: Print a check in QuickBooks Online.

You can tag me anytime in the comments section if you have more questions on voided checks. I'll be looping back swiftly to assist. Have a great day.
