I'm trying to add an employee who's home address is in a neighboring state. How do I enter his correct state in his profile?

I can help you change the employee's correct home address. Let's get this started.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) allows you to edit employee's profile in a few easy steps. To do so, please follow these steps:

1. Go to Workers and choose the Employees tab.
2. Click on the employee's name you want to edit.
3. In the Profile section, click on the pencil icon.
4. Change the address.
5. Click on Done.

That will do it. After following these steps, you should be able to change the employee's correct address in QBO.
