I need to change the VEC number in order to resubscribe the payroll service

You can go to the Payroll Settings section of your QuickBooks account to make changes to the VEC number.

Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner and select Payroll Settings.
2. Go to the Tax Setup tab.
3. Choose your state.
4. Change the VEC number.
