I need to get a report of vacation days taken from 2019 done via quickbooks premier contractor via assisted payroll. I recently closed the account but need the info.

We can go to the Payroll Item Detail report to access the vacation days taken by your employees in 2019.

Here's how:

1. Go to Reports on the top menu.
2. Select Employees & Payroll.
3. Choose Payroll Item Detail.
4. Tick the Customize Report tab.
5. Tap the Display tab and select the following columns: (left margin), Type, Date, Source Name, Payroll Item, Wage Base, Qty and Amount
6. Press OK.
7. Click the Dates drop-down.
8. Select Last Calendar Year or Last Calendar Year-toDate.

Then, go to the Vacation Hourly section to see the details of the vacation days taken by your employees.

Hi thanks but what I mentioned is that I do not have access to the file. My subscription ended and it was QuickBooks desktop hosted through right networks.
