I'd suggest using the Get a callback feature from the Help menu. This way, one of our representatives will confirm your call. From there, they can help you transfer to a specific agent if you'd want to. They can also securely access your account and resolve your online payroll issues timely. You'll first have to review our support hours to ensure they can assist you on time. Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter your specific payroll concern in the What can we help you with? box.
- Click Let's talk.
- Choose Get a callback.
- Enter your contact info.
- Select Confirm my call.
