Let me help you go over to your account and have your GA income tax payment posted in QuickBooks Online, sissy4.

To get you GA tax payment posted on your register, you'll need to manually record it in QuickBooks. Here are the steps to complete the process.

  1. Click Taxes in the left panel and choose Payroll Tax.
  2. Select Pay Taxes.

  3. On the Pay Taxes page, select Record payment for the tax (GA) you want to pay.

  4. Click Record Payment since the payment was made outside the system.

Once done, go back to your register and check if the tax payment was posted or you can pull up the Payroll Tax Payment report to confirm the payment was recorded.
