I processed payroll (direct deposit) yesterday but it did not hit the employees bank, is that because banks were closed yesterday?

My employees have not received their direct deposit yet also.

Same here.  I'm on East Coast, wondering if it's a timing issue with the delay.  I believe the timing from QB is on Pacific Time.  I've put in for a call back, it was supposed to be 5 minutes for the callback and it's almost an hour now, no call :(

Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this! The impact is due to the payroll being processed after 5 PM on 10/11, followed by a US Bank holiday, causing a delay in payroll processing.  We look forward to providing you with an update and getting this worked out for all of our customers. Thank you again for your continued patience.
