My employees have not received their direct deposit yet also.
Same here. I'm on East Coast, wondering if it's a timing issue with the delay. I believe the timing from QB is on Pacific Time. I've put in for a call back, it was supposed to be 5 minutes for the callback and it's almost an hour now, no call :(

Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this! The impact is due to the payroll being processed after 5 PM on 10/11, followed by a US Bank holiday, causing a delay in payroll processing.
