I've been told I can interface CCC and Towbooks software into QBooks.. For the time being we will not be using Qbooks for payroll or Accounts payable.

If you don't use payroll or accounts payable, you can use the QuickBooks Online Simple Start. However, when integrating 3rd party applications like CCC and Towbooks, you have to use the QuickBooks Online Essentials or Plus versions. Then, to connect your desired apps to QBO, head to the Intuit apps store at this link and search for the name of the 3rd party app.

You may may start using QBO Essentials and you don't need to utilize the account payable and payroll feature, then integrate it with CCC and Towbooks. If you have to open a new QBO account, make sure to click the Buy button to get the discounted price for up to 3 months. If you purchase from the Trial account, you have to pay the regular rate.
