Incorrectly calculated FL Reemployment Tax by QB

I am a company of one, I am my only employee. Florida's reemployment tax rate is 0.1% per employee (it's the minimum rate because I have reported on time for the last 10 quarters) UP TO $7,000. This is $7 of tax owed each year, which I pay at the beginning of the year. QB incorrectly has my auto-pay of this tax at $420. I have called them to tell them of this error and they will not change it. I've attached the information from FL's Department of Revenue website that even shows this. So now I am going to be forced to stop the auto-pay of my taxes so they don't take this from my account unnecessarily. QB should be able to change this manually and they won't. QB - please do something about this.

Incorrectly calculated FL Reemployment Tax by QB

I've called Payroll Support, they said there is nothing they can do to change the amount and wouldn't accept anything I said I would send to them, such as the document I attached to this thread. Maybe another customer service rep would say something differently? I can't be the only person/business that this affects, I'm sure you have plenty of Florida businesses!
