Intuit Full Service Payroll integration to QBO

That being said, I suggest contacting our support again. This way, one of our agents can pull up your account and assist your further in migrating your Intuit Payroll to QuickBooks Online Payroll.

I have been on the phone with your support team for last 6/7 days for hours and no one was able to resolve my issues. I get bounced around from team to team and no one wants to own the issue to drive this to resolution.

Well, this is time sensitive issue for me, as I am stuck and no one was able to help. Instead, I was offered to add Payroll Elite module to my new QBO, where I uploaded my desktop data last week. Elite payroll provides white-glove service and will transfer my standalone payroll account data to my QBO+Payroll Elite account. This is the only workaround they could provide. Of course, this is not free! I see this as monetizing scheme by intuit by cornering their customers.

This all could have been resolved, if I were able to upload my QB desktop data to the company ID where my stand alone payroll account is located. Yes, I added QBO module in the company where my stand alone payroll exist and failed to upload my desktop data. No one was able to help!!!  I ended up opening a separate QBO account where I was able to upload my desktop data and now Intuit is requiring me to add Elite payroll so that someone from intuit can transfer the data from my old standalone payroll to this new QBO +Elite Payroll company.

This is not support but monetizing technique!!!!

Not sure how much longer we can keep going through the same issue over and over again, why can't the Intuit engineers fix this known export bug they created when terminating IOP and forcing the switch to QB  standalone payroll??

Having the same problem, we had IOP for over a decade, they switched us to a standalone QB payroll core company and we export payroll data from there to our main QBO company, the export function breaks about every 3-4 months and each time it does, we have to spend hours on the phone trying what is essentially the same trouble shooting tasks over and over then they finally escalate and we wait for days to hear back.  Right now we have Federal and state taxes due and also have other reconciliations that need to be done by Monday 9/25 but can't get any data out of QBPayroll!  It has been doing this every few months for 2-3 years since we were forced to switch from IOP to QB standalone.  Right now we can not get any data out of our QB payroll company in any format whatsoever.  Errors attached below are only response we get when trying to export, then when we try to edit export mapping to our chart of accounts, we get the 'We hit a snag' screenshot error message below...We have case number now and still waiting to hear back, our books on our main company are completely inaccurate as we're missing 10s of thousands of dollars in pay check, commission, and payroll tax transactions...So frustrating might need to finally switch to a more stable vendor software solution.

Appreciate your reply we're just looking anywhere possible for help with this never ending issue.  as for the other message we received that you referenced: that info wasn't relevant as far as I can tell as I've already contacted payroll support, my prior message explains where that has gotten us to this moment...stuck
