Intuit Payroll App for iPhone

when I try to log into to my payroll app on my iPhone, it says Session Expired and to please try again.  I have logged out and back in and reinstalled the app, still getting the same message.  Please help.

Currently, there is an on-going investigation about the error session expired when logging into the iOS payroll mobile app. As a workaround, you can sign in to your payroll account using the web browser.

 

Also, I suggest reaching out to our technical support team so your account will be linked to INV-47212. This way, you’ll receive a notification once the resolution is available. To get in touch with a live agent, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Help icon.
  3. Click Contact us.
  4. From the What can we help you with? field, enter  INV-47212.
  5. Select Let's talk.
  6. Choose either Get a callback or Message an agent
