Yep! Reported the issue several months ago. Intermittently stops tracking. QB hasn’t fixed the issue.
I have checked all these things and it happened twice now for several days that QB didn’t track. This will create chaos when I do my taxes. I’ve relied on this app for several years now and never had that kind of issue before. Before, even if I got logged out or the app wasn’t open in the background it still tracked my miles. Now it doesn’t anymore.
This is the second time that I’m having this issue, and it will cause a headache when I do my taxes. I’ve been using QB Self Employed for years and never had an issue before. My app is up to date and I checked on all the suggestions above.

My app stopped tracking completely. I had zero problems for 2 years and now it won't even track a trip if I tell it to start and when to stop. The trip never shows up to be categorized.
