To ensure that the 941 appears on the To-do list, in the Payroll overview, it's important to double-check that you enabled the automated tax form in your settings, @chorbach.

- Select the Gear icon, then choose Payroll Settings.
- On the Taxes and Forms section, Click the Pencil icon.
- Check the Automate taxes and forms.
If it's already turned on and still doesn't show, you proceed and do the basic troubleshooting.
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
If the private browsing session works properly, you can improve the program's performance by clearing the browser's cache for the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks. You can also switch to other supported and up-to-date browsers.
