We are have the same problem. I have not been able to speak to anyone with QB. I am currently waiting for a call back. My call back request stated I should receive a call in 5 minutes, however, it has been 30 minutes and still no call. My employees are ready to walk out on us if they don't get their paychecks.

We know how important it is to be able to pay your employees on time. With the on going issue, we'll have to let your employees wait for their paystubs within the day.
Our engineers are working to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

We upgraded to QB 2021 and ever since the upgrade the paychecks do not land on the scheduled date, always a day earlier. I have all the updates and called several times with no resolve to the issue. Please have your engineers look into this. Thank you
