Yes--When I attempt to export timesheets to ADP, I keep getting the following message
Select an ADP RUN pay schedule and period in the report filters.
I have already done that and yet it keeps requesting it.
Hello, robinmcfall.
Thanks for joining the thread. I want to make sure you're able to export your timesheets to ADP.
As an initial troubleshooting step, I recommend clearing your browser cache. Since you mentioned you've already done what the system keeps requesting, something within the cache is hung up on this information. Clearing it will remove any roadblocks and prevent this type of issue going forward. Here's how to get this done in Chrome for example:
1. Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner.
2. Select More Tools, then Clear Browsing Data.
3. Change the time range to All Time.
4. Only check Cached images and files.
5. Click Clear data.
The following linked article provides similar steps depending upon which browser you're using: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online
Once you've completed these steps, try the export once more. Feel free to reach back out if you have any other questions or concerns. I'll be here to help!
I did all of the things suggested. 2 hours on the phone with customer support and the issue was elevated. It's not a browser issue.
My goodness! Thanks so much for your reply!
