Please know that we’re actively working on resolving this issue as soon as we can.
The affected users appear to be those who have not done payroll before 5 pm last Wednesday. To those eligible for same-day payment, their employees can expect to receive their pay around 5 pm today. Otherwise, they will have to wait until the next business day.
