Thanks for visiting the QuickBooks Community. I can share some information about managing electronic signatures with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Currently, having an E-signature feature in QBO is unavailable. This is only available in QuickBooks Desktop. For now, you can manually affix your signature or integrate a supported E-signature third-party application.
Here's how
1. Go to the Apps menu.
2. Select the Find Apps tab, and then type a keyword in the search bar like "E-signature."
3. Click the magnifying glass to search, and then choose the app that suits your needs.
You can also visit our QuickBooks App Store and look for an app that integrates with QBO.
In addition, I'd recommend checking our QuickBooks Online Blog regularly. From there, you'll be updated with all the features and enhancements that our developers are working on.

I fail to see anywhere that anyone asked about an E-signature for checks. Original post asked SPECIFICALLY for contracts, which, according to other threads, can NOT be done without the use of a 3rd party app.
What kind of business do you run? You may need a 3rd party app to integrate with your QBO.
