Is it possible to customized the state address? I don't see my state address on the drop down menu. I live in Saipan, Northern Mariana Island. MP 96950

Let me guide you through the steps on how to customize your state address, aaron-roque.

Are you referring to the address when creating an invoice? If so, you can update the work information when entering or editing an invoice.

Here are the steps you can follow:

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed in a web browser.
2. Go to the Invoices menu.
3. Select Create invoice. You won't create an actual invoice, this just opens the page and customization window.
4. Click the Edit work info link.
   
5. Update your address info (i.e., Street, City, State, and ZIP code).
   
6. Click Save.
    

Additionally, you can customize invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). To learn more about this, check out this link: Create invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed (Customize your invoice section).

If you're referring to a different area in QBSE, please send a screenshot below. Just click the Reply button and attach the file.

I know how important for you to be able to update the address for your payroll. Let me route you in the right direction on how to rectify the issue.

The payroll feature is currently unavailable in QBSE. Thus, you’ll have to get in touch with your employer to help change your address.

Regarding to my license, yes it is only QBSE. But I am the IT of the company and they only gave me this access, so I am asking on behalf of them. They are asking me if it is possible to have the payroll state address to MP(Marianas Pacific) or Northern Mariana Island. We are a US territory and we can't find our state on the drop down list of the state address. Please advise

Since you're unable to select your state from the list of options, one of our specialists can pull up the account we have on file and determine the information you can choose from with the help of their tools. You can do so by following the steps outlined below:

1. Go to Help.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter Change my state for payroll account information in the What can we help you with? field.
4. Click Continue.
5. Choose a channel where you wanted to connect with our dedicated team.
