Is there a drop down menu on desktop for quickly categorizing mileage trips ? E.g., Consultation, On Site Work, Supplies Run, Business Related - the mobile app does this.

Let me share with you what I know about the feature that you're referring 

QBO Desktop app was already discontinued due to some updates. To keep track of your miles, you can use a mobile app.

Let me provide you the steps on how to track mileage thtough mobile app.

1. Open the QuickBooks mobile app.
2. Select the menu ☰ icon and then Mileage.
3. Choose Auto-tracking.
4. Click Manage Vehicles.
5. Enter the vehicle.
6. Select the Set as primary vehicle toggle.
7. Select Save.
