The option to directly email pay stub to your employee right after processing payroll isn’t available, Dori. However, you can invite them to QuickBooks Workforce to view their pay stubs online.
QuickBooks Workforce is a portal where employees can securely check their pay stubs anytime, eliminating the need for printing and manually sending.
Please note that if an employee has access to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, ensure they use a different email for Workforce. Here’s how to invite your workers:
- Navigate to the My apps menu and hover over Payroll.
- Go to the Employees menu.
- Click Invite to Workforce.
- Enter your employee's email address.
- Click Send invite, then Done.
Once an employee accepts the email invitation, they can create their own account, allowing them to manage their user ID, personal settings, and security information.
