Welcome to Community. I'm happy to assist you with printing a list of hours accrued for sick and vacation.
I recommend using our Paid Time Off List report. This report will show you how much sick and vacation time the employee currently has available and how much they have used. You can also customize the report to add or remove columns that you wish to see.
To do this:
- Go to the Reports menu at the top.
- Select Employees and Payroll.
- Choose Paid Time Off List at the bottom.
- If you choose that you want to add or remove columns, click Customize Report in the top left.
- The display tab is the columns you can add/remove. (Place a checkmark next to the column you wish to see)
