Yes, it's very easy.
To include the SSN on pay-stubs, go to Edit | Preferences | Payroll & Employees | Company Preferences | Pay Stub & Voucher Printing. Then enable the option "Employee Social Security Number":
Then when you print payroll check vouchers or pay stubs, you'll see the SSN:

Yes, I have a quesiton: Why aren't you aware that QuickBooks can print SSN's on pay stubs? It's been a feature for 20 years or more.
In any case, even though you are unable to do this, everyone else can do it just fine. Just so you know.
