Yes, we have the option to track hourly time if we're using the QuickBooks desktop app. If we're referring to entering them via the mobile app, the option is unavailable. 

Let me show you how to enter time using the QuickBooks Desktop app:

1. Click the Create menu. 
2. Choose Employees.
3. Select either Single Time Activity or Weekly timesheet. 

In the meantime, we can use your mobile's web browser such as Google Chrome to record time:

Log in to this link: 

1. At the left menu, click the + New button.
2. Select Single time activity or Weekly timesheet. 
3. Enter the details and then click Save and close. 

We can also look into our QuickBooks Online mobile app comparison table to see which features we support on mobile devices. We might want to use the Time Activities report to review the product or service our employee/customers provided with the hourly rate and duration.
