Thanks for reaching out to the Community, @wbrooks.

What app are you trying to sync with QuickBooks Online? Are you talking about TSheets? If so, here are a few articles that can provide you with more information about the integration between TSheets and QuickBooks Online:

If you leave me a Reply below with more details, I'd be happy to further assist you. Talk to you soon!

I know vacation pay does not sync  from TSheets to Quickbooks.  I'm just trying to figure out, and since I don't get to use the bereavement and jury duty pay codes often, do they also not sync over to QuickBooks from TSheets?

Great question @wbrooks. There is actually a one-way sync for Time Off codes in TSheets. So, once Time Off balances and accruals are set in TSheets, any deductions will sync to QuickBooks on each export.

To do this, you'll just need to map each Time Off code to the corresponding payroll item in QuickBooks. You can learn all about Payroll Item mapping in this article: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/help-articles/map-quickbooks-payroll-items/00/3807...

In the case of Time Off Codes, you can map them by Employee:

  1. In TSheets, at the top right, select QuickBooks, then Preferences.
  2. Select the Payroll Item Mapping Tool.
  3. On the Employee Map tab, choose an employee's name.
  4. For each time off type, select one payroll item for each. Selections are saved automatically.
  5. Close the window once finished.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
