lack of support

i'm not trying to floord but i am just trying to get hlep. and i can't find what i need online and i don't have time to search through nearly 2000 messages.  can you please tell me a PHONE NUMBER to get help with payroll?  this is my first time ever using intuit payroll.  and to be honest, you ask if it's desktop or online, heck if i know how to answer that question.  i access payroll on my desktop but pay people online i guess.  anyway, don't tell me to click here and click there, it isn't working.  please email me at [email address removed] and tell me who i can talk to so i can get some help.  and when i call sales you tell me i can't even talk to a real person.  this is horribly frustrating and yes i'm upset because i don't have time to waste on not getting help.  my questions are kind of weird

that is not working for me; i just keep seeing links and when i click a link i just get more info about clicking here, clicking there.  all i want is a phone number, please????????????

no this didn't work; i ended up getting a phone number from a colleague who also uses online payroll.  i never yet found anything online but it's a moot point now

I click help and both chat and call back say "channel is currently closed" and the direct deposit payroll I submitted on time yesterday doesn't appear to be going through as it usually does.  Earlier this morning I requested a call back and it said "We'll call you back in an hour and a half".  I've never seen such a wait, and they never called in an hour and a half.   I've never seen them completely close/shut down chat and calling before noon on a Friday. 

It's payday...

direct deposit not going through like it has every week before...

can't reverse without great cost...

the software won't let me edit payroll already submitted...

Quickbooks online is totally unreachable by chat and phone...

Sounds like something exploded.

That's stressful enough to be a deal breaker with QBO.
