Hi @caporter,
As of this time, the payroll update for Massachusetts Paid Family Medical Leave (MA PFML) will be released in mid-November. However, you can consider entering the company and employee's share of rates in your QuickBooks Online manually. Let me guide you how.
- From the left menu, click Workers.
- Select Employees.
- Choose Edit employee.
- In the withholding sections, select Edit.
- Choose Massachusetts state taxes, then fill in the following fields:
- Medical Leave employer share: Company share percentage as a whole number (no decimals). Example: 60.
- Medical Leave covered individual share: Employee share percentage as a whole number (no decimals). Example: 40.
- Family Leave Employer Share: Company shares percentage as a whole number (no decimals). Example: 0.
- Family Leave covered individual share field. Enter the employee share percentage as a whole number (no decimals). Example: 100.
6. Select Done.
Once done, please repeat the same steps for each covered employee.
