MA SUI file error using quickbooks 2020

I'm here to make sure you can create the MA state SUI file, PaulCC.

This error can occur if the payroll report templates aren't associated with Excel. To fix this, let's set the file association manually. I'll guide you how.

1. Using Windows Explorer, navigate to the template through the file path listed within the error message (c:\program file\quickbooks\2020\componants\templates\state_SUI.xlt for the action "new").
2. Double click on the file listed within the error message.
3. You will receive a prompt asking you to select a program to associate the file to.
4. Highlight Excel and then select OK to link the template with Excel and open the report.
