CYBER MONDAY SALE 70% OFF QuickBooks for 3 months* Ends 12/5
Buy nowI made some changes to the amounts of 401k and 401-k catchup for over 55 deductions to the employee page. When I go to do payroll, those changes are not reflected, and the amounts are 0.0. I have not reached the limits on either.
Anyone have any pointers?
thank you!
Good to see you here, @zeno1. I’m here to share some possible causes of why changes in your deductions aren’t reflected in your employees’ paychecks and help you resolve it.
Sometimes, online platforms like QBO may take so long to display updated information due to multiple changes, poor Internet connection, data corruption, or browser-related issues. How do I get this resolved so I can run the last payroll for this year?
thanks for your help!
