I'll make sure to provide the mileage information you need in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), @organizingbyemil.

For the time being, copying the client data for multiple trips when manually entering mileage isn't an option. You'll have to manually enter each trip's data (i.e., date, location, and distance) to track their mileage. To do so, here's how:

  1. Go to the Miles menu.
  2. Choose the Add trip button.
  3. Edit the Date.
  4. (Optional) Add a start and end address.
  5. Enter the distance in the Add miles field.
  6. Add a Trip purpose note.
  7. Select Save

Also, I'm adding these articles to learn more about tracking miles and updating vehicle info in QBSE:

Please don't hesitate to comment below if you have mileage concerns and questions about manually tracking trips in QBSE. I'll gladly help. Take care, and I wish you continued success, @organizingbyemil.
