Moving from QuickBooks online payroll to QuickBooks desktop payroll

You can enter your historical payroll details into QuickBooks Desktop, Fred.

This is to ensure that your year-to-date totals are accurate. This include the tax payments and the paychecks.

We can pull up the Payroll Details, Payroll Tax and Wage Summary and the Tax Payments report in QuickBooks Online. These reports will serve as our guide so we can enter the correct information into QuickBooks Desktop.
