My Account is suspended

Hi there, hogsndoughnuts. 

 

You've got me here to help you get your account back. Let me share some information about the things that we can do about it.
 

It could be that our credit card information is not active, which caused our account to be suspended. In this situation, possible that you weren't billed for the subscription, or your monthly subscription payment was not processed successfully. 

 

We can reactivate your account by updating the billing information. This way, we can immediately use it again. Let me walk you through on where you can do it:

 

  1. Login to your QBO account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon.
  3. Select Account and Settings under Your Company.
  4. In the Billing & Subscription tab, click Resubscribe. We'll have to click this option so that we can update our billing information. Once details are entered, I would suggest reviewing them one more time to make sure everything is correct.
  5. Once done, click Subscribe.
