In your case, the error message you encountered may be due to the vehicle year you use not being updated. To fix it, let's manage vehicles, you can follow the steps below:
- Go to the Miles tab and select the tax year
- Get the total miles
- Select the tax year
- Next, go to the Gear icon, and choose Vehicle info.
- Select the Vehicle and change the tax year
- Scroll down to enter the total miles under the Total miles field
- Then, hit Save.
