My employee has not given me the required form, hence my payroll subscription has not completed but I have been charged the by QBs for payroll. Any ideas!!

I can share some information on managing your payroll subscription, @bizagentpam.

If you have an active payroll subscription, then you'll be billed monthly for that. You can go to your Account and Settings to check if you have an active payroll subscription. You may also choose to cancel this subscription if you don't need it. 

Here's how to check your subscription:

1. Click the Gear icon at the upper right corner.
2. Choose Account and Settings.
3. From the left menu select Billing & Subscription.

In the Payroll section, you can cancel that payroll service if you don't need it.
