You have two options to correct the payroll to the right bank account, @kanthony.
First, you can transfer the payment to the correct bank account. When recording a funds transfer, just make sure that there's no duplicate transaction to avoid mistake or accidental duplication.
For more details on transferring funds, you can check out: Transfer funds between accounts.
The other option is to delete and recreate the paycheck on your pay checklist. Let me show you how.
Once deleted, you can now recreate the payroll with the correct information.
Thank you for the suggestion but those aren't the correct accounts for the adjustment. I have payroll and payroll taxes that need to be debited from the register because they were duplicates of the other account where they were correctly debited, but I have no idea what I am supposed to credit since I can't simply making an adjusting entry.
Thank you for the suggestion and I apologize if I am not being clear. I do not need to transfer funds. The money came out of the correct account; however, the transactions for payroll and payroll taxes were automatically uploaded (not manually) into the register for both accounts. In one account, I now have 8 incorrect transactions that need to be deleted; however, there is no option to delete them. I am using QB online, so I am unable to make an adjusting journal entry.
I'll try to simply. I have payroll and payroll transactions in the register for the wrong account. There is no delete option and I am unable to make an adjusting journal entry because I am using QB online. How can I make the necessary adjustment so I'll be able to reconcile my account?

You cannot delete Payroll transactions in QBO, I sure wish you could. I am having this same issue. payroll checks were written out of the correct account, but QBO posted them to my empty PPP account. And now I cannot move them to the correct account in QBO. I literally just need to change the account that QB shows the money coming out of, seems simple, but there is no way to do this and your help desk doesnt call back nor have an answer.
