If you have just copied and pasted the original instructions here then you have missed the point.  The QuickBooks instructs DON'T work.  Many users have spent hours on forums and with QuickBooks support team members and basically noone on the Quickbooks support team seems to catch on to what the problem is.  They keep regurgitating the same answer - the answer is the problem, it is wrong.  I am very disappointed in QuickBooks support team for leaving so many of their clients stranded on this issue. It's been going on for almost a year now.  Unfortunately my experience has been that this is pretty standard.

THank you for your willingness to help.  Unfortunately I have spent a 40 hour work week on this problem already.  I've spent hours with a CPA and on my own and with QuickBooks support team on the phone and on line.  I ended up just forcing and fudging the numbers to be right on my 3rd Q 941. Since I've put so much time into it and ended up forcing it the way it should be I just can't justify putting more time into figuring it out.  I haven't had anyone else need to take this sick leave so I don't have to worry about it for Q4 941.  I may come back to you for help if I have to pay out any of that leave in the future.

Hi I need Help been trying to get ahold of someone regarding our quickbooks. we've not been using quickbooks due to almost loosing our buisness due to Covid. We've not run payroll since December I need to put our acount on hold until June or July when Buisness picks back up. Can someone call me Please [removed by moderator].
