Hi there, @ccuster1.

You'll want to go to your employee's profile and add another child support garnishment from there. Let me guide you how to do it in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Workers menu.
  2. Select the Employees tab.
  3. Choose an employee's.
  4. Click Edit ✎ beside Pay.
  5. Go to Does this employee have any deductions? section and click the Add a new deduction link
  6. Select Garnishment and Garnishment Type from the drop-down menu.
  7. Fill in the needed details and click OK when done. 2.PNG

Here's an article you can read for more details on setting up garnishment in QBO: Setting up a wage garnishment.

I've also added this great article for additional guidance: Compliance with wage garnishment orders.

Additionally, here's an article you can read for reference in case you need to reimburse your employee in the future: Reimburse an employee.

You can always get back to me whenever you have other concerns. Take care and always stay healthy.
