Currently, filing the New Hire report for the state of Alabama isn't supported in QuickBooks. You'll need to manually print and mail the form.
Here's how to get the new hire form:
- Click Taxes in the left panel and select Payroll Tax.
- Go to the Filings tab.
- Choose the Employee Setup.
- Select the employee from the dropdown and select the new hire form.
