We'll have to view or open the OR OQ Worksheet to find your Form 132, Ethanso89. I'll gladly walk you through the process.
The steps to view and print your OR state tax forms depend on whether you choose to e-file them or print and file manually. If you will or have e-filed your tax form, or we filed for you, here's how:
- Go to Taxes, then Payroll Tax.
- Select the Filings tab.
- View your current OR OQ Worksheet in the ACTION NEEDED or COMING UP section. Or select Resources, then Archived forms and filings for past forms.
- If available, select View to view forms.
- Scroll down to the third page to view the PDF copy of your Form 132.

If you manually filed your OR OQ Worksheet, view the PDF copy of your Form 132 by checking out the View tax forms (QuickBooks Online Payroll dropdown) section in this article: View your previously filed tax forms and payments.
Also, I've included this article to provide additional assistance in finalizing this year's payroll and getting ready for the next using QuickBooks Online Payroll (QBOP): Year-end checklist for QuickBooks Online Payroll.
Feel free to leave a comment below if you have follow-up concerns about state forms or questions about payroll taxes in QBOP. I'll be right here to help. Take care always.
