Other time tracking categories besides Sick and Vacation

Does QuickBooks allow other time tracking categories besides Sick and Vacation?  We are now giving people Floating Holiday Hours to use and want to track people using their hours, then show how much they have used and have left on their paystubs.

No, the only provisions to track accrued time off balances are sick and vacation.

Can we rename the Sick to "Floating Holiday", or just change the wording on the paystubs so it looks like "Floating Holiday" time?
